五、性狀：無(wú)色柱狀或針狀細(xì)晶體，呈清涼咸苦味，無(wú)臭，密度為2.65g/cm3。在48℃以下的潮濕空氣中穩(wěn)定，在溫?zé)峥諝庵幸罪L(fēng)化。極易溶于水（1198%，20℃）和甘油，水溶液呈中性，微溶于乙醇。

六、用途：營(yíng)養(yǎng)增補(bǔ)劑、固化劑、增味劑、加工助劑。釀造用添加劑，補(bǔ)充釀造用水的鎂，作為發(fā)酵時(shí)的營(yíng)養(yǎng)源，提高發(fā)酵能力；改善合成清酒的風(fēng)味（0.002%）；調(diào)整水的硬度。

七、包裝：內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套塑料編織袋，每袋凈重25公斤。

八、貯存與運(yùn)輸：應(yīng)貯存在干燥、通風(fēng)、清潔的庫(kù)房中，防止雨淋、受潮，應(yīng)與有毒物品隔離堆放；該產(chǎn)品保質(zhì)期為十二個(gè)月。

5、Character:Colourless prismatical or needle-shaped crystal, odourless, taste cool, salty, bitter. Relative density: 2.65, steady in damp air under 48℃. When it is in warm and hot air, it is easily effloresce. It is easily soluble in water (119.8%, 20℃) and glycerine，insoluble in ethanol. PH value is 7.0.

6、Usage:In food industry, it is used as nutritional supplement, solidification, the flavor increase，process helper，brew additive. When added in brew water, it is used as nutritional supplement to improve ferment in brew and the improvement of the synthesizes drink taste（0.002%）. It also can adjust the aqueous degree of hardness.

7、Packing:It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner, and a composite paper bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8、Storage and Transport:It should be stored in a dry，ventilative and clean warehouse, kept away from moisture and hot. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous. Its expiry date is one year.
